Half of these shells misfire. Three feet from pop can the shot barely leaves a mark. Bought them to shoot critters and snakes and they have proven to be ineffective.

I bought these for driving pins into concrete from 1955 - some of my results may be due to variations in that old concrete. The red loads worked well and are definitely more powerful than the yellow. However I’ve tried several of the purple loads and all they do is blow the back off of the cartridge - not safe and definitely not effective!Seems like the quality on these loads is a little shaky.

These blank cartridges have a purple designation, which means power level 6, and are quite loud.

It breaks into pieces and does not drive the nail even halfway. A very smoky powder charge.

These power loads arrived ahead of schedule. Very impressed with them. If you order them, be sure to have them delivered to a pickup location or secure location. I did not do that, and had 200 of them in my mailbox. If a thief got a hold of them, he could use them for other purposes that they are not intended for.Otherwise. I guess maybe these where too strong, a nail had completely snapped but maybe it's from the rigidity of it.
