I am a person who reads reviews meticulously before buying online.I had hesitations about this one, but I’m glad I took the chance on it!This little kettle is perfect for my needs. When I read the reviews talking about how short the plug was, I was a little worried but I knew it wouldn’t affect my specific situation, so I bought it (the price point is great).When I got the kettle, it was well-packaged and came with a manual and plenty of warning and instruction labels. I also love the color!My favorite part is that, upon inspection, I realized that the cord is actually retractable into the base of the kettle! So if you hesitate like I did on that point, don’t worry about it. The cord is about 24†long when fully extended and winds back up into the base for easy storage (this has become one of my favorite features!) It fits right in a drawer when not in use, very nice for small spaces like mine!Apart from that, this little thing is great, makes hot water in just a few minutes. It holds just enough for one cup of tea or coffee so if you’re looking for something more, this little guy is not for you.When you take it off of the base after heating, the outside and bottom of the kettle is warm, but not hot — no need for potholders! It pours well, without leaking, except for a bit of steam coming out from the top at times (which it has a warning label for).It can be a tad noisy at times as it heats, but it doesn’t bother me in my situation. I could see it being a distraction or nuisance in a quiet office setting or something like that, though.If you’re looking for a safe, cheap, compact kettle for a single cup of boiling water, this is for you!I’ve had this for 4 months now, using it daily (multiple times per day) and it has stood the test, it works wonderfully and I am very satisfied with it for the price. Definitely fits all my needs!

I wanted a small kettle for my office for one tea cup a day. This is the perfect small size, boils quickly, auto shuts off, is stainless steal inside and a nice teal color outside. I’m very happy. Good price too.

I make herbal tea usually just for myself or one other person. I like it that I can heat up just the amount needed in this compact kettle. The bigger models would be too heavy to pour, take up more space, take longer to heat up and waste water. Many have plastic as well.This cool little model is lightweight, easy to pour, takes up little space on the counter, stores away easily, and it has an adorable retro look. It heats up water SO FAST! It has a smooth one piece stainless steel interior. No plastic touches water. It is also easy to take on trips or outings where you might want some hot tea :)And since it heats up so fast, it’s easy to serve larger amounts of people as needed. I’ve used it at an event!

I have a tiny apartment and got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who loves hot teas. It’s small and spacious and doesn’t take up a lot of room in my kitchen. It gets really hot in a short amount of time and it’s good quality. I’m hoping it lasts a long time, If it didn’t I’d probably buy another one.

I use this beautiful little pot to heat water for my tea which it does very quickly. I am thrilled that it is small enough to tuck into a corner when not in use. Besides the "cuteness" of it, a wonderful bonus is that it shuts off when the water reaches a rolling boil -- no need to worry about boiling dry. Would highly recommend!

I bought this cute little kettle to leave at work because it was the perfect size. I sometimes have a cup of hot cocoa with a little bit of instant coffee to ensure that I stay awake while driving home from work at night. This kettle gives me my hot water in a very convenient package. I also have another one that I use at home and that one is larger. They both work pretty well. This one however, takes much longer to heat up. The overall insulation of this product is suspect. After the water is hot, the outside of the kettle is also hot! Perhaps not enough to cause serious injury, but it's significantly more than "mild" heat. I don't expect to feel anything more than mild wsrmth on the outside of my electric kettle. For this reason I removed one star from the rating and probably would not buy this again.

Muy bonita y de calidad. Al tener acero inoxidable por dentro mantiene el agua caliente por bastante tiempo . El único defecto que le encontré es que no calienta muy rápido el agua.
