Item was damaged inside box. Dent is so bad that the item is unusable because the mechanism inside can’t spin.I was sent a replacement that when plugged in doesn’t work. It just hums. Will not work and can’t return because I’m past the return window. Don’t even waste your money or time on this product. It is terrible and there’s no customer service.

Took the blower out of the box. I was going to install this on my septic system and thought I better plug it in to test it before I plumbed it up. Sadly, it only hummed. The vanes and case must be interfering. from past experience with these, the vanes and case are a tight fit. Poor quality control is obviously the issue. This unit should have never shipped like this.
