A couple of days ago the power went out and the AVR can on line. First thing I noticed was the LED lights flickering. The voltage and the frequency were stable and at their setpoints. Wish I had my scope to look at the waveform. So, I gave up and called the technicians out. First thing he did was replace the AVR with a OEM AVR and was good, (expect for my pocket book). Now I do not see any way to get a hold of the seller help. Recommend it? No way.

The only problem I had was I had to adjust the voltage output on the regulator. It was easy to do
