Great product. Love that it's two different sizes, however if you want to make a gallon of your drink just go with the bigger size. The 1 gallon one just barely fits and makes mixing up drinks difficult. But I'm pleased with my purchase so far.

Nice design. Well constructed. Works great - no leaking at tap! The air makeup release (or whatever you call it) which allows air to flow in when the liquid flows out could use some work, needs to be unrestricted air flow! And, the tap could allow a bit more fluid flow, but other than that, it's a nice unit and works great in the fridge.

Works great, easy to clean,has a small footprint in fridge or on picnic table. The little legs underneath stop "sweating " so no wet puddles when refilling or cleaning up.

I got this for iced tea. I brew some tea, put it in the fridge. It fits, but a tight fit in the shelves. Week one, it leaked all over the shelf. Had to tighten everything up. Then, I tried to pour some in the glass, very little would pour. I figured out that you needed to pull a rubber stopper on the top of the container to get a consistent flow. The stopper is in a place that means you have to pull it out to gain access to it. Overall, it is okay, not great.

The first problem I noticed is that this is *exactly* a 1 gallon container - if you fill it to the very, very brim. There's absolutely zero head space if you want to put a gallon of liquid in it, and whatever you're making (other than water) will require adjusting proportions to make, say, 90% or 95% of a gallon if you want any room to mix or stir. If you use a second container to mix, deciding you don't mind the extra work, dishes, and container to put away somewhere, be prepared to drink the last ounce or two that doesn't quite fit in here anyway.The next thing I noticed was how weak the plastic is. If you fill it with liquid that's at all warm, it warps and bulges, so forget making tea in this. Ice cold liquids only. I resorted to using my old, too-tall pitcher to make tea after that first time, fearing this would split, melt, or crumble altogether - and chilling it with ice, then drinking some to get it down to a gallon before I could fill this rectangular container for the fridge.The next thing I noticed is that while the spout plug looks like an awesome idea, in practice it's challenging to keep it out of the way of the stream while filling your glass. And if it slips even once, congratulations - you've now splashed liquid in your fridge and guaranteed that a few more drops will fall from that spout in the time it takes you to grab a towel to clean it.But it fit in my fridge, so I had decided to deal with all the flaws until the fatal one made itself known: The day I opened my fridge to discover that the little handle on the spout had flipped itself up, perhaps bumped when someone closed the door, perhaps from something else, and leaked its remaining half gallon of blueberry tea all over my fridge. What a job that was to clean up!!And no, it definitely wasn't left open, and yes, the little plug that supposedly prevents leaks was all the way down and tightly sealed.I'm not doing that again. I wish I could return this, but instead, it's going to the recycling drop-off on our next trip and I'm again looking for a container to keep a gallon of iced tea in my fridge.

We use this in the fridge and it's a great space saver. It holds a lot of water and makes refilling your glass really easy. The lid is great and water tight and it's easy to move around. The only con is that even with the little release valve popped off, it still doesn't pour that quickly but it's not a deal breaker for us! We go longer between water fillings and it's not as heavy and clunky as some of the other larger water reservoirs.
