I was a little cautious because it had so few reviews but I need not have been. Maybe my needs are different but I had no problem with getting it set up - maybe 5 minutes if you count reading the instructions. The light setting is configurable and dimmable. If I am to fault it for anything, and it’s a stretch, it’s that you can’t set a different on/off schedule for different days. To set a schedule, you turn it on at the same time you want it to come on every day and then set the delay. So if you it to come on every weekday at 5 am, you’re going to have to set it at 5am the first day *and* you’re going to have 5am every day, not just weekends. I’m fine with that level of granularity and it's affordable.

It is the perfect accent light for the area I purchased it for. I do like the remote control for ease of operation.

I used this product to highlight one of my favorite plants and love the results! It’s very easy to use and produces just the right amount of light. I would uproot again.

I wanted something to brighten up a corner of the living room. I put this in my huge pot with my spider plant. I love that I can dim it and there is a step switch to turn it on and off. ItIs also on a timer so it just turns on and off in the evening. I’m wanting to buy another one for another corner of my living room where there is no room for a lamp.

This little light above a painting is just terrific. The beam is not broad but for a small painting/poster/object it is ideal. Super easy to put up. I was so happy with it that I bought a couple more.

I needed a picture light for a large 40" wide x 30 wall piece over my dining buffet. I didn't want a wall mount due to either ugly wires hanging down to a plug or having to take down a battery-operated one every other day to recharge it. So, I opted for this to sit on the buffet and shine up. I'm thrilled even though, sitting about 12" away from the wall the beam only covers about 30" of the width of the piece, it makes a statement. And, since the piece is only 30" high, it doesn't wash the entire wall with light, it just focuses entirely on the picture. I love that I can adjust the color temperature, the intensity of the light and even set a timer for it to go on and off automatically with the remote control. Great purchase! I've only had it for 2 days and I hope it lasts a long time. I'll update this post is that is not the case.

I use this light on my indoor plants, and I love it. Using the remote control, you can control the dimness and set a timer to have the lights automatically shut off after 2. 4, 6, or 8 hours. You can set the beam to warm, white, or natural light. Since it’s LED, it saves on energy, which I love. I’m going to order a few more of these.

Upon arrival, was pleasantly surprised that the light is of better quality than I expected. Many lights like this are in a plastic housing and feel cheap. Not this one, it has some weight to it and is all metal housing. Its only setback is that it does not swivel or rotate on the base. It will tilt but not rotate on the base.What I like:+Solid, quality+Compact+Good value+Lighting options on remote+Foot switch option+good for floor, flat surface, or wall mount
