Hard plastic, not flexible at all. For a couple of dollars get the OEM from MOPAR. This POS are a headache to install, and that's coming from a patient guy. I'll be returning them as soon as the OEM arrive.

The stock parts are rubber applied to a plastic base. These are strictly plastic. On the stock parts, the "tongues" at the bottom are rubber. They flex when the hood hinge touches them when being opened. These replacement parts are all plastic. The tongues do not flex. They have to be cut off so the hinge doesn't push them out when being opened. Also, each piece had a piece of double sticky back foam with it. There is no paper work to saying what they are for. Fit is perfect. Looks better than what I took out. Only hope they stay in.
