I picked up tire chains for the Garden Tractor I use for yard cleanup, cutting trees and plowing snow. I am hoping the chains give me more traction and while the chains fit good, I think these may make them fit better. I don't want to get stuck half a mile from the house.

Absolutely does not fit a Bobcat 773. It says larger tractor.... Nope. I had to replace all the chains on the tensioners to reach across the tires. Fortunately, I had enough chain to do the job. Used the center ring, springs and hooks. That turned into a 3 hour job from start to install completion in an unheated garage with sub-zero temperatures. I would have returned them but I needed tensioners immediately. Had the description been accurate they would have gotten ALL the stars!

While these tighteners may work on a lawn tractor with small chains, they are not strong enough to work on my Kubota B3200 tractor. Returned to Amazon.
