Decriptions:
Connection
- The female coupler of this cam lock fitting will connect to 2" male coupler.
- The male threaded side of this coupler will connect to a 2" female National Pipe Tapered (NPT) .
How It Works:
- To make a connection, simply put the camlock adapter into the female copuler and with normal hand pressure, press the cam levers down.
- Uncoupling is as quick and simple as coupling. Just lift the cam arms and remove the adapter.

This was a replacement for one that cracked when dropped on cement floor. But it was getting worn from constant use. The rubber gasket was replaced about a year ago. And one of the arms snapped off. Again, floor. Tried aluminum, but they go out of round when they hit the floor. And the aluminum is not compatible with some dilute caustic cleaning solutions. The fitting works well enough.
