Got this for the main water pipe coming into my house. It is a tight fit, but this will work for the 3/4" PE black plastic main line. Happy about that.

The barbed ends of this ball valve are too small for PEX tubing. This valve is rated as compatible with 1" PEX. Was clear that it was too small, and would not seal with PEX banding clamps. Would probably be fine with other forms of 1" plastic or rubber pipe/tubing, but not PEX.

Everything about it is like I would expect. Feels heavy like brass. Has a good seal.I dont see anything wrong with it.
