I recently purchased a notary bag, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Upon receiving the bag, I was immediately struck by a strong and unpleasant odor emanating from it. Despite my efforts to rid the bag of this smell, including airing it out and using odor eliminators, the odor persists, making it difficult to use the bag comfortably.Additionally, I encountered another issue with the bag—the lock. While the bag came with a lock, there were no instructions provided on how to set or use it. As a result, I found myself unable to secure the bag properly, which undermines its purpose as a secure storage solution for important documents.Overall, I'm disappointed with the quality of this notary bag. The persistent odor and lack of instructions for the lock have significantly detracted from its usability and value. I would not recommend this product to others until these issues are addressed by the manufacturer.

I received it today. There is no instruction for resetting the lock. To play it safe, I will keep the bag in a locked drawer at work and not use the lock. The size is perfect for everything I need to add. I do recommend this.

Beautiful Notary accessory bag large enough for all supplies and more; yet the lock didn’t come with instructions and it doesn’t work. I had to search the default numbers still it would not open so I have to return it and also the gold lettering has flaws

It's a great size, but I was a bit confused about the lock since it didn't come with instructions or a combo then I read the product description, and in the pics, it says "push button" which is the hook that locks into the base. Open the lock with temp code "000", turn the hook outward then push it down until the little button disappears now you can recode.
