Amplifiers are heavy, sure. So having a handle like this to lug one around from home to practice and to gigs is a must for heavy cabs. My impression is that this replacement handle is going to hold for many many years. I've only had one amp need a replacement handle like this and it was on an amp that is older than I am.Having said that, I've had really good luck with leather handle drawer pulls. They are not meant for really heavy loads, but they do look better. So, that's the trade off. If you need a handle to hold a lot of weight, this is the one to use. But, if looks are important on a lighter weight rig, I'd get something else.Recommended for heavy duty sound systems!
