- This is an amazing little pre-wired 6-string magnetic pickup harness, ready to mount in your cigar box guitar or other stringed instrument without any need to solder or worry about wiring schematics.
- This harness features a 6-pole single coil pickup with a flanged black plastic base plate that makes it easy to surface mount on your build (you will still need to cut a hole in the surface to accomodate the bottom of the pickup).
- The pickup is wired to 500Kohm mini tone (with capacitor) and volume pots, and from there to the mono output jack.
- Black plastic tone and volume knobs are included along with mounting hardware for good measure.

I got it with my only concern being solder joints wouldn’t been that good, which in either case for the price of the pickup and the adapter still is an amazingly low price(asides if you have the tools it ain’t that difficult to solder on), but the ones on my side where pretty well done.Now this being a single coil pickup for an electric guitar might bring the good and the bad of the nature for these pickups which is they tend to be noisier than let’s say a humbucker or piezo/transducer designs, but they sound good I did some recordings on my computer straight to interface and sounds pretty natural which is the good thing on single coils as they tend to maintain more frequencies than humbuckers.The material on the adapter is outstanding and well just something I hope it’s useful if you buy this pickup i recommend finding the position that you like the most before mounting as towards the bridge is brighter and towards the neck is warmer, which in my case I ended up doing a little angle so the bassy strings would be more towards the bridge and vice versa, also you can help yourself by using the screws on the pickup adapter to lower the action on the pickup to find that balance.Other than that I might be buying other for an electric guitar project I have in mind

Easy to install. Well wired. Pickup sounds way better than I expected. Would recommend this to anyone!

Installed the pick-up with no problems.Only suggestion I would make is extend the lentgh of the wires to volume control and tone.Having said that the unit is well worth it. Sound is excellent and at very reasonable rate.Highly recommend the product.

Love the way that it sounds quick installation but you're limited to where you can put your volume and tone button what's the wires were just a little bit longer you can make those wires 6 inches longer then you'd have something I had to extend wires on to mine to put the volume to home button where I wanted him that were the lights told me to put them but overall I would suggest to somebody else

Got this for cbg I was building. Nice quality stuff. Better than expected actually. For those using this for cbg building, it does sit quite deep in the neck so keep that in mind while setting up your build.

I actually like the sound of this over some other more expensive pickups. I have been building cigar box guitars. And bought this for the first one. And also put it in a dual pickup guitar against a mini humbucker. And this actually sounds better to me.Will buy again as needed for building my guitars.

Typical Chinese quality, really hit or miss. The volume and tone knobs are terrible, no rhyme or reason on how they work.

From the many types of pick ups, I've ordered, one is a Fleor 10K, and it gave me a kind of a hard time, because, I had to file a little, to make it fit.The original, one, doesn't line up to the strings, and the, ohms, were like 5K or 6K.I'll install it tomorrow.It's going into a acoustic electric I got a few years back, a R.W. Jameson, that I've wanting to install something like it, and the others I got, I did not like. Well, it came without the nuts, and washers, and it's useless. Waiting for one kind like it, and see if it has them.NO, I wont install because of it. I DONT RECOMEND.
