I USE IT OVER MY LEOTARD OR SOMETIMES DIRECTLY AGAINST MY SKIN UNDER A SHIRT. WARMS UP WELL AND CONFORMS TO MY CORE AND I'M A HEAVY GUY IN A SIZE 3(37 WAIST). THIS IS EXCELLENT QUALITY FOR THE PRICE AND IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN MORE POPULAR BRANDS THAT I HAVE OWNED HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE. I HAVE ALREADY USED IT WHILE DOING CYR WHEEL AND AERIAL YOGA IN THE 3 WEEKS I'VE HAD IT AND HELPS WITH TIGHTNESS IN MY LOWER BACK. AFTER THE FIRST FEW MINUTES I FORGET I HAVE IT ON. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS TO MY FRIEND WHO HAS SCIATICA THAT IS CAUSING BACK PAIN AS THIS MIGHT HELP TO SUPPORT HER BACK PAIN (NOT THE SCIATICA). More than just keeping my back warm, it protects my waist from fabric and bar burns and keeps the silks from eating my clothes during certain skills. Plus, my instructors get a kick out of the phrase I chose for the back ("I'm trying, okay?"). :D

I only got a few months wear out of it before it stretched too much. It's comfortable and goes on easily. But I had to give it away when it lost its "ooomph".

This back warmer is a favorite for training on aerial rope, but it is also lovely for warming up my core. It’s quite snug, which is perfect for my uses, but if you want it for more casual, long term wear, it might be worth sizing up.

I got this as a cheaper alternative to Jelliebend. I like the daily gentle compression as it reminds me to keep everything pulled in. This band is thin which i like and doesn't seem to roll up or down which i also like. The three stars is due to the length being a little short on my torso. I fully expect these to stretch from the bottom of my bra to the top of my hip bones. This one is about 2-3 inches too short. The material is also kind of scratchy. If you wear it over a tank its fine, but i don't always like the extra layers. I am not sure if i would order this again. I think it's a good option for someone who is only wearing this at certain times, but if you're looking for all day the material isn't good unless you always plan to wear it over something.

I train aerial circus. … this is great either under my shirt to give extra support or over my shirt to make sure my clothing doesn’t get tangled in fabrics
