All parts are sturdy and well finished. Threaded parts fit together well. I would buy this again if I had to put another lamp together.

Really nice kit, super long heavy chain. This isn't a cheaply made kit. Has everything needed.

I used this to hang some 4ft led lights from a slope in the garage. They are overkill for that purpose but they work fine and look good. The chain is not welded so it's easy to adjust the size as needed, though the black finish does come off while prying on it. I'd say one length of chain would hold 60ish lbs max unless you welded it.
