It's built well and functions great. Easy to open and close, plus it fits well in the in the cabinet. Money well spent.

Ordered this to replace broken components. Worked well, easy to install. Screws were very soft so I used the ones from the slide that I replaced.

These slides are packaged very well. The quality is pretty good. I say this because they’re not as smooth as other slides. Out of the box they slide well but after installing these I think from handling them the slide less freely. Still a great value because if you experience this too all you need is a little lubricant to loosen them back up.The directions could be better but if you bought other Chinese products you’d be used to this and figure them out. Also they seem like they will handle a fair amount of weight. The most I used was about 20lbs and these performed fine.

I bought the Chris and Chris Pro Chef kitchen island because I needed more storage in my apartment - particularly, I needed a drawer deep enough to fit a utensil tray. Imagine my frustration when I learned that it's deeper on one side than the other, but they're too cheap to make too different sized drawers.I thought these rails were going to be my savior. The holes on the drawer side have the same spacing as the original rails, and the 500mm rails perfectly fit in the cabinet, so I hoped it would be a relatively easy project. On the cabinet side, the original rails were drilled farther forward than these, so I had to figure out how to keep everything level and centered. I ended up using a 3D printer to make a jig that was 3.7cm tall and 1cm wide, which aligned the drawer perfectly. When I was testing everything, I used the screws from the original rails, but since this item came with deeper screws, I wanted to use them. I had drilled pilot holes through the drawer, but since the screws are self-tapping, I thought I'd have better results letting the tips wedge themselves into the bamboo utensil tray.I had two screws disintegrate as soon as the tips touched the bamboo - the heads fell off like the parrot in Dumb and Dumber. I hope I can get Amazon to send replacements, because I really don't want to risk changing for a different set of slides with different hole spacing. The packaging is just the pair of slides with a little paper cap that's mostly the company's logo. In small print on the bottom are some hieroglyphics that are meant to be instructions. If you want any more detailed advice than "screw these in to your drawer," you'd better open YouTube.
