The best way to keep your treasured hardcovers and their valuable dust jackets in pristine condition. Come in a variety of sizes so measure the vertical length of the book cover before ordering. This center-folding book cover for dust jackets are fairly easy to use and a good price.MAKE A NOTE: The photo of the jacket covers in the Amazon ad shows printing on the jacket covers that it "fits books up to 10"." Yes, the typed description does say it is for book at 91/2" but I would think the picture would match the book sizing. Oh well.The jacket covers are easy to fold and easy to slide the dust jacket into the film for the cover. It would be nice it the company presented the different way to anchor the jacket cover to the book or to itself (so the jacket cover can slide on the book. A little more information on anchoring the jacket would be great, but a terrific librarian showed me how to do different ways to do this.The film is a good thickness and very clear. I think it will serve the graduate school were I teach in Asia will benefit from these covers.

It worked well on my hard back books. Watch the video where the lady demonstrates how to fold cover correctly. It explains better than the written instructions.

I was so happy to find book jacket covers, because I always made plastic "covers" to use while reading the book. These are nice, do not stick to other books, and look library-like. It took me a while to figure out HOW TO USE THEM. No instructions included. On my first attempt, I tore off all the white paper except under the top and bottom folds. Wrong. Leave the paper in place, align your book jacket with the top fold, UNDER the top paper liner. (Just slip the jacket up under the top portion of the cover.) Then slip the jacket bottom half behind the lower half, behind the liner. Voilá. Wrap its "new" jacket around its book.

After looking at a YouTube video, I ordered these pre-cuts book covers after I measured what size I would need. These were shipped quickly and worked perfectly to put a permanent, clear plastic cover over my heart covered books, like with the library, does to increase their longevity. I think these are a great buy, especially to protect your precious books

These are too short to cover the inside flaps of dust jackets as well, but that's my fault for not checking the measurements. Otherwise good quality.
