These things are study and the spring loaded function works awesome, it doesn't close on your cord, it stays fully open or fully closed! Highly recommend!

Bought quite a few of these for my outside GFCI outlets, obviously. The cover door has weak points on the cheap plastic posts that are designed to serve as a hinge for plastic cover. These post break off without much effort, rendering the whole plate cover useless.
