Only 3 stars because they are not made that well. The shaft is not centered and you get more vibration than you should when using them. But they do the job adequately. I have gone through one in just a few days. Compared to a higher quality wheel (whose brand I do not know off the top of my head), these don't last quite as long.

The flaps of sandpaper were I little bit too short.

Dont like the cheap sand paper material , Emery cloth would walk the dog & ask for more , but for a one or 2 time use & toss it got the jobe done
