Universal Bayonet Design

These filters were noticeably cheaper than the name brand ones I used to always buy for decades. I wondered if they would hold up as well. I have been using the first set for at least a couple weeks or a month and so far I have no complaints. Seems to keep the fumes at bay. It will be a few months or more before I know the longevity.

We needed new cartridges for spray painting and these are pretty dang good. This kit came with the 2 filters, 2 cotton filters, and 2 plastic covers which will be more than enough to complete our spraying of a new fender and misc parts.Please protect yourself, buy organic filters, a 1/2 mask at least to avoid the carcinogens in the 2 part paint setup, as this setup prevents the smell, and completely protects your lungs safely for very little money.

These 6001 respirator filters are an incredible value. I got the 14 piece set, which comes with two filter cartridges and housings and 5 pairs of cotton pre-filters. They'll easily last you through most home projects, such as repainting your home. I got these for working with a laser cutter and it easily blocks the smoke and fumes. I use a pair of filters until I can smell ANY scent, in which case it's time to change the cotton filters. The manufacturer recommends replacing the entire cartridge pair after 200 hours of use. I'm guessing that's the lifetime on the charcoal filters in the cartridges. For a DIYer that will last me months before I have to replace the whole set. I'm sure for a professional this set would last about 4 weeks depending on how much stuff is in the air.

I appreciate the packaging of this replacement filter. It comes with the filters and the lock-in components. I like how everything is pretty much sealed, besides the plastic covering which doesn't matter as much as the other two parts. This is nice, so if I have to store it, I don't have to worry about using it immediately. This provides a couple of uses, which is nice that it isn't a one and done function. I don't do anything super heavy that requires this, but I like using it for some remodeling jobs or lawn work, depending on what I use. So far, I feel like this has served its purpose since I haven't felt sick or any side effects of the materials I've used which would require this.

I purchased these replacement respirator cartridges because at times I use a respirator when I work with chemicals around my house. Instructions were not included, but they are easy to install. They are made for organic vapor, chemical and paint and include cartridges and filters pads.

They fit well on my half face respirator mask. I don't have special equipment to test what they do and do not filter out, but I can say that they keep me from smelling paint in my airbrush area, so they must be doing something.I do like that these have a cotton particle filter that you can change because they get dirty way before the carbon part wears out.

These filters fit my respirator perfectly, and although I have no way of testing actual filtration, they seem to work just as well as my others. If I was dealing with extremely dangerous vapors, I would probably go toward a name brand filter, but for nuisance vapors and light jobs, these do the job quite well at a fraction of the price.
