they are a bit shorter than the genuine, OEM "Weller" tips, they fit fine.In much use over the last couple of months (I repair tube amplifiers), I will say that they are better quality than the OEM Weller tip. The new OEM tip I put on awhile back failed after only a couple months of use. The tip became heavily corroded and the "tin" coating wore off, so solder would not adhere to the tip, would not take or transfer solder, and would not clean-up at all.After installing this tip in April, it is still going strong (it is now mid-June). I'm still on my first one from the pack! The tip cleans well, the "tin" coating is strong and has not worn off, and it accepts solder and transfers very well.Excellent value and works great!

I tried using these on the soldering pads on my flight controller with 30 awg wire......could really get the pads heated up enough. They worked pretty weil on soldering two wires together but, that kind of limits their function in my opinion.I'm going to give it 4 stars and attribute it not working for me on my soldering iron and me not using it the correct use case.

They seem to be good tips. They fit the soldering iron that I purchased them for, but the iron that I purchased them for( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DY7CCW5?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 )did not produce enough heat to enable them to solder anything.

I needed to replace some solder tips and this did the trick. The coating seems kind of thin, so let's see how long it lasts.
