Ordered for 10x20 replacement. It advertised for the exact fit the canopy frame I have. Turned out to be to wide and to long. After some creative bungee strapping I managed to stretch it a little tighter but it still saggs in the middle and is very loud when the wind catches it. I'm afraid that after my first night of rain I may wake to a collapsed canopy from the weight of trapped water. I'm kinda stuck with it because we all know once you stretch something like that out you can never fold it tight enough to fit back into the box it came in. I did like the fact that it seemed thicker than the original tarp. But it does not fit properly.

I put this up a year ago. We have a lot of wind the past few years, 40 to 60 mph isn't unusual. Add some winter snow (which I did knock off when needed), and three horses.... I'm impressed it't doing well.

Let me start by addressing some reviewers claims that this canopy is uneven in sizes: the canopy is neatly and evenly folded I. Shipping boxes, when I first put it on my existing carport frame, I thought the canopy was lopsided. Turns out, my metal frame has shifted over time. A quick adjustment with my trusted leveling device fixed that, and the canopy dimensions appears to be as seller described. Material quality is also as described and meets expectations. The reason I gave it three stars is because the canopy, even though it came neatly folded in plastic bag, was dirty. Several spots were either oil stain or rust stains that cannot be removed. Either the item was used or of poor quality control. I paid for full price for new, first quality product, and that’s not what I received. I discovered this after I have already tossed my old canopy, otherwise I would have returned this disappointing product.

Because of the design, it will fit easily many different frames. Easy to put on, came with the correct amount of bungee ties that are nice and heavy. For the price, it is a great product for replacement for a car port tarp. Looks like it will last a while. Very satisfied.

Good price, no directions but pretty obvious, toggles to attach work well. I needed one chair and another tall person was helpful. Took 10 minutes. Measure your existing frame to make sure it’s the right size.

This product does not fit at all!!! It is at least 6" short at both side!!! Do not waste your money!!! Very very disappointed!!!!Ordered in February and cannot return sucks as well!!!!!Not Happy At ALL!!!!
