I'm 5'10 170 lb, size medium fits perfect. During fresh ride, I forgot they were on and there was no slippage. I think if you're worried about being in between sizes, go up because the tightness is adjustable and you don't want to tight. I like that they are not just elbow pads, they are full forearm protection and should prevent any road rash during the fall.

As an older mountain biker, I was looking for some good elbow protection. Most of the slide-on pads are pretty thin and would not do much to protect against crashes into rocks. So I was looking for something with some hard plastic on the outside and an adjustable fit to be snug and stay in place. The 100% Fortis is great. The sizing was a concern, since they only offer S/M and L/XL. I am 6'2" and slim. My arm bicep measurements indicated that I was a medium, but being tall, I didnt want it to be too short on the arm. The L/XL works great because it is fully adjustable. The top strap opens up completely and cinches down with a sturdy velcro strap. It also has a nice ring of tacky silicome to keep it in place. The velcro strap on the bottom provides added security. Comfortable, light, and not too bulky!

Ya he usado las coderas y estoy muy satisfecho, se ajustan muy bien a mi brazo dándome seguridad al momento de pedalear, no molestan para nada, son muy cómodas.
