I use brushes like this regularly for applying stain and polyurethane to woodworking projects. When working on project, I tend to go through several as I put on one coat and wait for it to dry, then do another. While they're fairly cheap at places like Walmart, the cost adds up when you buy a dozen or two at a time. Buying this 100 pack was a cost-effective and convenient option. I'll probably be buying them this way from now on.

I needed some brushes I could use that were disposable and not expensive. I was actually able to use each of these brushes two or three times while boiling wood without having to throw them away so the value was even better than what I expected.

These are good quality foam brushes especially considering the price. They worked well for staining outdoor furniture to get between slats. Not sure if they are easy to clean since we never tried.

I would have liked a slightly softer foam, but it's still a good stuff and is also inexpensive.
