Our Glow beads were designed originally for use in the rigging of Lobo Lures Tackle. They feature a semi-rigid body with a 2.3mm hole to accommodate up to 400 lb monofilament leader. These beads feature a glow that lasts up to 4-6 hours with direct sunlight charge.
SIZING
The Lobo Lures Rigging Glow beads feature an 8mm or 0.305 inch external diameter. They are semi-rigid which makes these beads ideal for rigging inshore and offshore fishing tackle. The internal hole is good for up to 400lb Monofilament!

Lobo Lures 8mm Semi-rigid Glow Beads
The Lobo Lures semi-rigid glow beads have been the standard for rigging big game fishing lures. Their semi-rigid construction yields a strong yet more natural feel compared to that over rigid construction beads. Using beads allows you to space hooks within the trolling lure. In other cases when rigging inshore chunk rigs the glow beads add a little light at depths to entice a strike.

These are hard plastic glow beads. Easy to put any mono line through. Braid line does not go through as well as mono line however I keep a tiny eye dropper filled with elmers glue and apply some to about half inch of braid line let it dry and then able to put the braid line through. Glow does not last very long so if you fish at night you have to keep flashing it with powerful flashlight. Would buy again.

I purchased these believing they were like the orange beeds used for fishing. They ate not. They are soft and flexible. They will get stuck onto swivels.
