Been using these for over 7 years...I just spent over $160 on 100 discs...First 25 batch I had 20 coasters!!!Now I'm working on the 2nd batch and already the first one is a coaster...Tested my OWC Mercury Pro on the 25 BD-R and burned perfect...I've always used the BD-R DL and never had a coaster until now...Burned at 4x setting in the past without any problems...Now every disc seems to be a coaster..Contacted Ridata and they won't even return my emails!!!Don't buy this piece of crap media!!!Working on the 2nd batch of 25 and so far the first 2 are coasters!!!Tested my Bluray Recorder and it works fine with the Ridata BD-R 25 GB Discs...Wonder what happened to this brand with DL 50GB Discs...I'm using ImgBurn as I've always used in the past with no problem..Any help with this I would be most grateful...Can't return it to Amazon as it's past the return date...And RiData doesn't return my emails...Found out it my Mercury Pro Burner that I had only a year and the laser started to go...Only could burn 25gb dics and kept failing on the DL 50gb discs...Switched to an Asus burner and it works like a charm...

After using them for a long time was the worse experience in general.Takes lots of discs to get one.Many errors 90% of them won’t record and comes up with error buyer be aware this is my experience

I use these dual layer blu-ray discs to back up and archive large files containing HD videos and photos. These discs have been very reliable and I have had no issues burning them on my Pioneer blu-ray optical drives. Lena and Wally are a family business that provide great customer service in connection with the offering of reliable brand-name media such as Ritek/Ridata at very reasonable prices; and offer discounts for volume orders. Put another way; the more you buy; the more you can save. Very satisfied!

230 of 230 successful burns so far (using PowerISO on Win10). A better success rate than I've had with any others, even Verbatim (not to mention cheaper than Verbatim ) --- plus I can burn at a faster speed with these (2-6x) than I can with the Verbatim (4x only). I have been successful at 6x speed while burning two discs simultaneously (using 2 Asus BW-16D1HT).UPDATE:Latest batch is only recognized as 4x (not 6x as marked), regardless of which drive it is used in. I have also had 5 bricks in 125 burns --- where historically it has been 1 in 100-150 on average.
