Sturdy pins. Like these better than the flat head flower style pins as they are easier to pick up and as mentioned earlier... more sturdy. Highly recommend for quilting!

If you enjoy quilting or any machine sewing, you will love these pins. Besides being adorable, they are very functional, since the button heads lay flat, making it easy to sew over. The little box they come in is very convenient too.

The Happy Will 100 pcs Flat Button 1.9" head pins are Flimsy and easily bent without much pressure. They may be ok for sewing with light weight material, but they are awful for doing any Blocking with crocheted projects,such as the several Shawls I made for presents for Christmas. The shawls were made from Sock wieght #2 and Fine Weight #1 Yarns or thread. Even with light weight cotton for baby clothing these pins bent. So, I wouldn't waste your money on them for those kinds of project. Probably only best for light weight sewing project and even then I am skeptical. So, don't waist your money, your looking for pins for blocking with. These will not do the job, without bending and breaking.

nice for many sewing uses. But not for holding multiple layers of fabric/fleece. I make handbags ( handbagsbygrace.com ) and he managed to bend most of these pins, which originally I loved.

Charming straight pins. I wish they stayed sharper longer. Also, you must be careful not to accidentally remove the button head.

these are too blunt for quilting, ends break off to easy then not usable, and some were already damaged in container; the container is no different from other pins so packaging is not an issue and how they were shipped in a bubble envelope was not an issue. Don't buy for quilting use.
