These high-temperature, non-insulated female spade connectors are a top-tier choice for anyone needing reliable quick-disconnect terminals for electrical applications. Designed for 22-18 gauge wires, these connectors deliver strong crimps, ensuring a secure connection for both hobbyists and professional electricians.Build QualityThe connectors are crafted with high-quality materials, making them durable and heat-resistant. The "Made in USA" designation adds confidence in their manufacturing standards, ensuring they meet rigorous quality control. These connectors can handle high-temperature environments, making them suitable for automotive, appliance repair, and other demanding applications.Ease of UseThe .250 tab size is a standard dimension, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of male terminals. Crimping is straightforward, and the connectors provide a firm and secure hold when properly attached. However, since they are non-insulated, users should be cautious when working with live wires or in environments where insulation is required.PerformanceOnce crimped, these connectors hold up well under stress, vibration, and heat. They excel in providing a reliable electrical connection, even in high-temperature conditions, without loosening over time. The precision in their design ensures minimal resistance, maintaining the integrity of the electrical circuit.Key FeaturesHigh Temperature Resistance: Ideal for applications involving heat, such as automotive engines or industrial equipment.Non-Insulated Design: Offers flexibility in wiring configurations but requires proper handling for safety.Standard .250 Tab Size: Ensures compatibility with most male spade terminals.Durable Construction: Designed for strong crimps and long-term reliability.Pros:Excellent quality and durability.Heat-resistant design suitable for demanding environments.Standard size ensures compatibility with most systems.Strong crimps provide reliable electrical connections.Made in the USA, ensuring high manufacturing standards.Cons:Non-insulated design may require additional measures for safety in some applications.A bit more effort may be required to achieve a perfect crimp without proper tools.VerdictThese high-temperature non-insulated female spade connectors are an excellent investment for those who need reliable, durable, and versatile quick-disconnect terminals. Their robust construction and heat-resistant properties make them suitable for various electrical projects, particularly in environments where standard connectors might fail. While the lack of insulation requires some caution, their overall performance and quality make them a standout option.

Much stronger than the more common ones. I used them to repair an oven.

Supco BAD: I had been using Supco high heat connectors which are now causing problems everywhere. Supcos crimp like cheap aluminum metal, loosening by thermal cycling, arcing then ultimately melting components.Sherco GOOD: The Sherco-Auto connectors are thicker, crimp onto wire tighter and stay firmly seated. I wish I found these years ago.

This is not the same as what you would buy in the stores. These are very heavy duty. The material is easily twice as thick as the other types you would be use to. The nickel in them keeps them looking nice in all types of conditions. Toss some heat shrink tube over them after you crimp them on and you have the best setup you could ever ask for. Now the first time you try to push them on to a connector it will be very tight. In hard to get to places I find it best to grab a male and female connector with pliers and push it on once or twice to make the install easier in the tight place. It still helps to push them on while grabbing them with pliers.after they have been pushed on a couple times the get much better while still holding very tight connection. The connection is much tighter and better than from those cheaper ones you get in the stores.

Replaced the oven element in my 17 year old GE stove. One of the terminals was corroded and needed replacing. After unsuccessfully searching high and low locally, I finally found exactly what I needed here.Wife can now used the oven again. Happy wife, happy life. Amazon saves the day.

It's hard to find these, most are so cheap. These are the ones you want. I use these to rebuild kilns, and ovens.
