The tool makes it easier to line up than trying by hand, but I still had to use a spool and hammer to make them secure. Also only worked for the snaps it came with, not some larger ones I’d purchased.

This thing is tricky to use. If you squeeze too hard, it crushes the snap and they will never snap shut. If you squeeze too little, then the snap will close, but one of the Five Claws will come out right away. And, if you squeeze just right, then everything will work for a bit before one of the Five Claws comes free of the fabric.I imagine this tool could work well, if you want to spend the time to get good at using it AND are using just the right fabric. However, I don't have enough time to get good at using this snap attached AND none of the fabrics I tried with "right enough" to work well.

You must have enough strength to be able to close the pliers down in order to bend the prongs into place in the cloth. I found out the hard way that not doing so, the snaps didn’t stay in the material. So I had to do it all over again. Worked one time and then, washed the material and the snaps didn’t fare well through the wash. And they fell out again. Waster of time and money, in my opinion.

I had the genius idea of using these on our pillow cases and it was probably one of the best life choices I’ve ever made lol My husband had me do the curtains in his office as well. The only thing is that you MUST squeeze all around the edges after you crimp them or they'll pop off base. Other than that they’re great.

As soon as I opened the package., I was already delighted. I had to try it out. I found a practice peace of fabric and went at it. The tool was easy to use and the snaps were very simple to install. Over All I'm very pleased.

These snaps could not be consistently installed on my project. Even reviewing instructions and videos. Some snaps went on correctly, some did not and ruined pieces of my project. We tried different people with different hand strength and no one could get these to work consistently. I returned them.

Pas vraiment bon les pin ne se rejoint pas quand on la met sur un bord l autre n entre pas vraiment alignés vraiment pauvre comme outils et ça tient pas du tout comme il montre, ne vous pas avoir comme moi
