comfortable and arrived exactly as pictured. Zipper has held up. It's been washed a couple times and haven't experienced any significant wear or shedding.

Specifically was looking for a 100% cotton product, this is advertised as so. Tag says 100% microfiber...

The item arrived and luckily, it didn't seem to be as thin as a normal sheet (or fitted ones)- but not as thick as any type of canvasy fabric. I didn't want a futon cover that was terribly thick, however I didn't want anything too thin either. The item arrived and luckily, fell somewhere- perfectly- in between- however on the softer, "feels good", side.Because my husband and I had used our futon mattress as a twin mattress topper for awhile on one of our beds- when we did this, none of the fitted sheets fit well over both the mattress and the futon together (topper)- or with a fitted sheet on the futon and the mattress too - the futon didnt seem to want to hold the fitted sheet well. But this item covered the entire futon and really, this is an item we felt we needed with a futon- as a twin fitted sheets didn't seem to always want to stay on the futon, even if we used the item on its own- as we felt it lacked the thickness (the futon), to really hold a fitted sheet well. We felt we need something that we could put the futon inside, that covers the front and back (IMO)- like this cover. This futon cover worked out perfectly, plus we loved the pattern!!

I have a Japanese futon but did not have a cover for it. When I selected this, I only had one to pick from. I wasn’t a fan of the pattern; it did not match anything in my house but the size fit, so I ordered it. Opening it, it is very soft, thin, but soft. The pattern which I did not like online suddenly looked good in my hands, I was impressed! I washed it in cold water, then the air dried it. It feels so soft! I love the zipper; I did not think I would love it but it seems to protect the futon better by being fully enclosed. I did not think I would like the pattern or material that much until I received it. This is an item I am more impressed with than I thought I would be. I am very happy with this!

This futon cover is easy to put on and take off and is quite lovely as well. I put a fitted sheet over top so that the futon cover doesn’t have to be laundered as much. Very satisfied with this purchase.
