Hat came on time as ordered, well packaged and protected. It does not have exact sizing, so I guessed and ended up returning the hat (due to size only) and ordered a different hat. Return was quick and easy. I received a return shipping label immediately and a refund several hours after I dropped the hat off at UPS.

The quality of this hat was great for the price. The hat fit great. It kept its shape and the style was just what we were looking for. It was very thick in the inside though.

I received this hat with only one band; it is missing the extra band, which was why I ordered it. The hat is also very misshapen. The sizing is accurate.
