UPDATE: MAY 2022I'm updating this review to 5 stars because the seller contacted me about my original 3-star review in March. They were very concerned that I was displeased with my purchase and worked quickly to resolve the situation. They were quite understanding and provided excellent customer service, which I felt warranted an updated review--to me, the people behind the product are often as important as the product itself. The people in this company have gone above and beyond.As I had said in my March review, these bags dye beautifully (even when the fabric isn't quite the same) and I will purchase them again, especially knowing how hard these folks work to make their customers happy. If you have any misgivings about products, please reach out to the seller and they will work with you to make things right!MARCH 2022I ordered these bags to dye them. For that, they work just fine. However, if you are using these as gift bags or something that requires for them to be of a consistent quality, I would recommend ordering them with the expectation of sending them back.I ordered 2 sets of 100 pieces. As you can see from the photo, the fabric from one set is rather thin and wrinkled and the other is thicker and wrinkled less in the dryer. (I had to prewash these in hot water in order to dye them.) I did not measure them prior to washing and drying them, but the thicker one measures out at 7" x 10" afterward. I would have to iron the wrinkly one in order to measure it.The fabric takes dye beautifully and this is not a negative review. I don't need the bags to look smooth and pretty as natural colored muslin. I just want shoppers to be aware that these are not necessarily going to be the same from one batch of 100 pieces to the next. I will most likely buy again.

The material is great and my customers love receiving their items packaged in these bags. The thickness of the material is good and the fabric easily accepts my logo. I'd say it a good value!

great size I use those bags for our Gift of healthit fits my DIY elderberry syrup herbal bag 1 pint of honey, and the bag is then the straining bag what can be used over and over again.our customers get them as gifts for friends and family

I've been using the muslin bags from BigLotBags for a few years now as packaging for various products of my own. I've used hundreds of them at this point, in various sizes.I've only ever had one or two bags out of the hundreds that I've used that I've felt weren't up to scratch. The quality is good, they're nice and thick.With this last batch I ordered some 8 x 10 bags, unfortunately when they arrived they were the wrong size (5 x 8). The order was fulfilled through Amazon and it looks like they were mislabelled in the warehouse.I contacted the seller, they responded very quickly and will be handling the return and sending out a replacement shortly.I'll definitely be sticking with these bags in future. Nice product, great customer service!

I've ordered these several times and I am happy with the quality of the bags for my jewelry business. I can easily stamp my logo on the bags and it doesn't bleed through the fabric. The bags are sturdy and my customers are always impressed with them.

I purchased the 2 inch bags to use as tea bags. The tie strings are too bulky leaving a hole at the top and there are gaps on the sides so tea leaves won’t be contained inside. This won’t work for the purpose I need them for.

I reordered these bags but did not receive the same item as prior order. There were 98 bags received NOT 100 as advertised. Long strands of hair in packaging and stain noticed on 2 bags. The size is not 3"x5."

Some of the images used seem to indicate a strong coarse thread or a bleached white.This is a fine-weave unbleached cotton bag. It's stiff and brown and is flecked with darker colours. You can bleach it yourself (look up bleaching on Wikihow). Bleaching causes it to become white and soft. After washing and drying, you will need to iron the wrinkles out. They'll lose about an inch from width and height.This thin fabric will wrinkle easier and won't stand up to wear and tear, but it feels softer.
