I bought these nuts to use on a pet crate, as replacements for lost fasteners. They are very effective and I an very pleased with my purchase. The screws/bolts to be used with these nuts are a separate purchase. Great product, very reasonable price.

Well made and they work great. I'm not using them for a pet carrier, but if I have some left over from this project it is nice to know I'll have spares should I need some for the cats.

Not much to say about these. They went on smoothly with just enough resistance to let you know they won't be coming loose. They were easy on the fingers, tightening or loosening. I used them instead of metal nuts in a bracket that I needed to be able to put together and take apart frequently. They were a lot easier to grab and turn than nuts. And as a bonus, they were long enough to hide the end of the bolt, protecting me and others from getting scratched by the bolt end.

These are great. I needed them mostly for use (with carriage bolts) on pet carriers.But I can imagine using them for a lot of different projects.

These were the perfect thumb nuts for my project. I made a inkle loom which could easily be taken apart.The nuts had to be inexpensive, large enough to easily handle, rugged enough to hold the loom together, and small enough to not be intrusive. These met all the requirements.
