Material seems like it will hold up for a while and it's dimensions should fit the frame I have. I have not installed it yet because we got hit with a cold snap and snow storm before I could but I am glad I hadn't because the last cover was destroyed by a snow storm last year.

Easier than replacing the entire shelter. The top always goes first especially in harsh climate conditions. This is cheaper and more convenient and faster.

This review is for the 10'x20' Canopy Replacement Cover, Beefull Carport Replacement Canopy for Car Garage, Waterproof & UV Protected Tarp with Ball Bungees, Beige(Frame is not Included).I see I get the honor of the very first review. This canopy cover is far and away so much better quality than others I've gotten! It's a game changer! First I love the beige/tan/light khaki color of it, so much nicer than the white of the others and it's heavy duty, waterproof, UV resistant...So what makes it so much better? Well this tarp isn't just the size needed to hook the ball bungees onto that only comes to a few inches from the top poles which leaves a gap between the tarp edges and the top poles. Those other tarps will let rain/snow/leaves... in! This tarp won't because it actually covers the top bars and comes down a few inches past them! Plus the cover also covers the metal pole legs! This means you can actually use this tarp combined with others for the ends/sides, to completely enclose it!The tarp weighs in at 12.23 Lbs, comes with the ball bungees and leg straps, Stitching is good throughout it, has good metal grommets...Regular price $ 89.99 per the listing and there's a 15% off coupon, given the quality/features I think it's worth it.As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I got this to replace one that didn’t survive the winter. This cover is less expensive than the warehouse store replacement top. It seems to be very similar, albeit slightly thinner feeling. The color isn’t an exact match, but I am not sure you can expect that from two different manufacturers. It installed just like the other one with easy and the new bungees seemed on par with the ones that were being replaced. This replacement is a good deal for the price and I think should hopefully last as long as the original. The slightly thinner feel makes wonder about longevity, but if it fails to last very long, I will certainly update my review to reflect that. If you have a warehouse canopy and are looking to match color, this may not be what you want, but if you want a close color and a roof that doesn’t have a huge hole in it, this may work perfectly for what you need.

We have an existing white coated metal frame carport of about 10 years. After many years of throwing various tarps over it, it finally said "buy a new cover". So I found this one , and it fits perfectly. The front and back needed some clamps, but the side has many grommets and was able to tie it down to the metal frame on the ground. We then put a tarp on one side where the wind blows thru to keep the snow out. We don't really need to have sides all around, but option is that we can always add the sides separately, while the top can be switched out individually. Good quality materials, medium duty weight, and the grommets are well proportioned. Came with "ball bungies" in white, so we switched them out for our old dirty white ones (many years old) and used the new ones on our EZ up white canopy sides. Great repurposing. It has held up to 2 snow storms of over 5 inches each and the snow just slides off and down the sides.

I needed a new canopy for my carport but just wasn’t willing to spend almost $1000 for a custom one. This one is not as polished as an expensive one, but for $100 it absolutely fine. I’m not quite sure how to deal with the corner legs on the post that is attached to the push out on the vintage trailer I’m remodeling. Once I’m finished with the remodel, I may upgrade to a better one, but for my needs today, it’s great.

It's hard to tell from photos what the color is actually going to be. It's more of a dark mustard yellow than a beige or tan. Other than that it fit perfectly for our canopy and was a great replacement for the one we had that was torn. It was super easy to install, we have several other canopies and this was no different putting up. If you don't mind the eyesore of a color is is definitely worth the purchase.
