Sanding drum kit installation process:
- Use the tool to loosen the screws on the metal shank.
- Find out the right size band, and connect the rubber wheel and sanding band closely.
- Tighten the screw with a screwdriver and check if it is well installed.

So far. The drums seem decently made and of appropriate grit rating and are giving me average usage life. The arbors are not the best but they aren't all that terrible either but could be better and are certainly the weak point of this package.

The sanding drums for my Dremel arrived quickly and were as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

Every single one has come apart within minutes of use, ruining my work. As they're spinning it comes apart creating a flap that extends into an area of my work that I didn't want it to touch. Which essentially is causing me to have to rework that area again. After spending many hours to get it to where I wanted it.These are junk. You'd be better off buying the more expensive ones, as they'd work out to be much less expensive in the end.

The grit on the sanding pieces themselves don’t last 5 minutes. I decided to try one of the drums that come with the kit. When I added the sleeve to the drum I tightened the screw to secure everything. Within a few moments the screw flew out of the top and hit me right on the eyeball. I will say that have used rotary tools and these types of things for my crafts for decades and know how to use them properly. Flimsy and dangerous. If you purchase be sure not to make the same mistake I did and ensure you have safety goggles on while using. I was lucky and got away with not damaging my vision only because it hit left of my iris!
