I bought these forms assuming they'd be compatible with mailing envelopes I already own from last year, but that's when I discovered 1099-NEC forms are not all the same. Look at the photos of the Copy B and Copy C forms. Instead of a blank box where you print the recipient's name and address, it's clogged up with redundant text telling you where to write it, rendering the form un-mailable. I simply threw the forms away and ordered another set of 1099 forms from another manufacturer.Even though these forms were 100% useless to me, it would be wrong for me to give this product a low rating because the redundant text clogging up the address box is clearly shown in the item photos.

Has no copy 1 form, which is the only reason I needed them in the first place.

I wanted try to save time and buy these on Amazon. It took me more time to fill out every page as these are not duplicates! You’re not making carbon copies. Also the 1096 form that you send to IRS did not have the filing address for California. I had to look it up myself.

When printed by QuickBooks, everything progressively shifted down as it printed down the page. The "Payer" info on the top 1099 was perfect, but as you look down the page, the spacing was too big for the form so subsequent lines became more and more out of line to the point where the City for the 3rd 1099 was printing over "Account Number" and barely legible. I have not had this issue in the past.
