I purchased another that was cheap and didn't show marks good if at all, but this one is fabulous! I've tested gold and silver and it does the job and is pretty thick and wide. Best one I've ever gotten, great job! Thanks

But it is of lower quality. The little one I got from a different seller was solid. This one could retain metal due to the surface is less dense. So you will want to be sure have cleaned it. What I like is the size because I can preform multiple test if I am not sure of the purity of metal.

Just what my title said. This stone was totally unsuitable for what they sell it for.Maybe it could be used to remove hard water stains from a sink… no, it would scrstch the porcelain. Never mind.
