Precautions for Use
1. During all operations, please make sure that the switch is in the "off" position.
2. Hand welding: use a 30 watt soldering iron to control the temperature at 320 ℃,and the welding time is about 2 seconds.
3. Wave soldering: the recommended soldering temperature is 250 + 5 ℃.
4. Cleaning process: ultrasonic cleaning can give better effect.When using steam cleaning, the temperature should not exceed 51 ℃.

These are perfectly fine DIP switches for breadboard or other similar projects. They fit securely in the breadboards that I have. The container does a great job of keeping them organized. The product exactly as described.My only wish, and I cannot ding them for this because it is clear in the product description, is that they provided more than 2 each of the larger switches. I would have preferred a kit with more 8-way DIP switches.

I've only used one so far but it's a nice switch. As expected for a DIP switch it takes a fair amount of effort to switch it, but not excessive. May be a bit much to use on a breadboard without pulling it out of the board, but no issue at all when soldered to a PCB. Pin spacing works on standard perf-board.
