I used these with a quality paint and achieved a smooth brush free mirror finish. I should note this included best practices such as wetting the roller first and sanding between coats. It's not magic, but with a little work these rollers will get you there.

We recently repainted our kitchen, and while the majority of the spaces allowed for a standard-sized roller, some of the areas under the cabinets or along the edges of the trim required a smaller tool. Brushing the areas looked weird, but these mini roller covers were able to get right in there and make the smaller painted spaces match the texture of the rest of the walls.These didn't leave any debris or lint behind, and they didn't soak up too much of the paint (though they held a good amount for the smaller sections we were doing).They worked just fine with the mini roller we bought from our local hardware store.

I like these type of rollers they hold up and put more paint down versus the smooth yellow style ones. Especially great on rough surfaces. The size is great for trim boards. Just need a suitable sized handle. If you never painted with this style of roller try them out and you won't want to use the smooth ones ever again.

Rollers are 9" as specified, appear to be made of microfiber as claimed, and have a knap suitable for everything from smooth to highly textured surfaces. Tube inside diameter fits standard roller frames. Spiral line helps confirm even paint distribution across the roller.Promise date was too late for my project so I bought one at Home Depot and haven't used one of these yet. 4 stars because of long lead time.Good value at $4.50 unit price! Not sure what else I can say about a paint roller.

I've done a lot of painting as we bought a fixer upper. But these were not the right rollers for my most recent job of paining closet doors. After using them a few minutes I realized that they aren't really good for smooth wood finishes and I switched rollers to a foam roller. I'll have to try these when I have another wall to paint because I wanted to like them!

I used these to re-paint a room in my basement. The coverage is excellent. They are really easy to use and clean after your are finished.The only issue is with price. They are a little pricey when you compare to other brands. However, value is always subjective.I always order excellent quality rollers for when I paint. Unfortunately, there is always something that looks off, when you use cheaper rollers that are not plush and thick.The quality of these rollers is excellent and you do receive four (4) rollers in this order. That is enough to complete any painting I have in the immediate future.All in all, this roller set does check off many boxes of my 'paint roller wish list'. I like the simplicity of use and the quality covering of paint they deliver. I would order these again, but I would wait for a coupon or sale promo to lower the per roller cost a bit. This is purely subjective and it should not detract from product at all.Recommended.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

These rollers are top quality. They don't shed fuzz and leave a clean, smooth finish. I'm very satisfied with them and highly recommend them. The excellent results justify the higher price.

These work well - not too plush, or too thin. The paint pickup and release is good and consistent, and the plastic core is sturdy. They fit my roller snugly and are the right length. They clean up pretty well , too, so I have zero complaints.

i used these to paint my basement. i had purchased much cheaper rolls at a high end paint store and did not notice significant difference, hence 4 stars. the rolls worked well but i did not see the need for paying more. make sure you use the same paint roller to cover 1 wall in case there are differences in texture, which there likely will be. the roller holds a decent amount of paint and was easy to wash.

Very nice quality rollers that provide a smooth finish with a light texture to masque imperfections well. I had used matte paint and had no imperfections caused by the rollers. The lines blend well and paint absorbs evenly on the roller. Had no issues with lint pulling and embedding itself in the painted wall.Great experience.
