These are smaller than what the picture depicts. Even though I got the measurements and thought they would work, they were not beefy enough for the job I had planned.

I’m making trellises for my grapes and berries. I didn’t think I’d need tensioners at first, but it’s clear now that was wishful thinking. Now I’m redoing the layout, and added these in, and they made an impressive difference in my ability to set a good tension.Sturdy, easy to use, nicely made. I’d buy again if I need more.

I am glad that these items are available in "unique" sizes - M5 - as compared to the more "common" sizes - M4, M6. They are just the right size for my project - stretching a shade sail over my deck.
