They pass the stream test(if you pour water in them, they hold it without dripping), they hold up well, I've been using them for some weeks now and I've had to replace one because I accidentally tore it from cleaning too rough, but they hold up well and my milk output is not affected

they fit perfectly in my 24mm flanges, and they're relatively easy to clean. I use them constantly, and honestly they are a bit of a god send. if I could afford it, I would buy multiple more of these inserts.

I purchased these not even a month ago and have had a duckbill rip. I have bought this product before and have not had issues, but I’m not sure if I got a bad batch then.

They fit my Tsrete pumps perfectly, but the rubber is a bit stickier than the flanges that came with the pumps. Any little bit of fuzz sticks to them. There is also no pouring indent in the lip of the flange so you can't pour through the hole in the top of the collection cup, you have to open the lip at the bottom of the cup to pour it out.

These inserts work in my spectra and lansinoh pumps. Without these inserts I was in pain and not producing much, but getting the right size lead to much better production and more comfort.
