These lights are poor quality. Do not waste your money. They are not bright at all and the majority of them died the first hour of being used. They were used for 4 hours and every one of them were dead at the end of the night. We put brand new batteries in each light the first and second time.

3 modes, fast flash, slow flash, and steady on. Not especially bright but they are not trying to be. My main complaint is that the "stem" is not long enough: it pops out of most cones just a little too easily. Found myself taping the light on to the cone as people kept bumping into them and knocking them out.

The battery polarity is far from clear. Look closely at the + and - symbols barely visible. Cheaply made. Good enough for single use.

They should have been in this bigger on the bottom so they sent the top of the cone tight

First off, you need a ton of batteries. Don't expect them to be extremely bright, because they're not, but they're nice to have for that extra level of safety when dealing with night time traffic.

Goes thru a loft of batteries needs to be rechargable !
