These are awesome! Will detect 5m through a solid wood door. I wanted to simplify an automatic light for my bathroom ant this was perfect! I was able to do it all with only this sensor and a timed relay module. No mcu! Now, my bathroom light comes on when I am about 2 feet from the door and will stay on as long as I have the relay set to be on. I did have to do some directional control with metal behind it as to not trigger by my neighbors. Very useful product and would absolutely recommend this.

This device does work but has limitations.1) The reset time between detections is set at 2 seconds and does not appear to be capable of less than that. I think it can be increased but not decreased.2) The output is very low current so either use it with something like an Arduino or a Darlington transistor to be sure the output does in fact switch what you need.3) absolutely no instructions sent with the circuit boards so I had to go on line to see how to best use it!
