Step 1
Unplug the Vortex from the electrical outlet. Then Lift the filter housing up, from the top of the unit.
Step 2
Remove the old filters and dispose of them properly. The filters are not recyclable.
Step 3
Remove two (2) new filters from the packaging and insert them into the filter housing.
Step 4
Insert the filter housing back into the unit and plug the cooker pack into the electrical outlet.

Save a ton of $$ by buying these replacement filters rather than OEM. Instant brand replacement filters give you, as of the time of this writing, 2pcs (you need 2 pieces with each filter change) for $7.99. I purchased the 30-pack here (30pcs=15 filter changes), for $13.99. Not for nothing folks, but this is a savings of $105.86 over the cost of Instant brand replacements! I get it--for some things, for many things, it's advisable to go with OEM parts to replace consumables like this, but in this case, these filters are simple and most all of them are made of the same woven poly material, so there's no need whatsoever to drop $7.99 on each filter change for this awesome air fryer. Save your money and buy these! Tip: I purchase a sheet of activated charcoal filtration media similar to this one but thinner https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PYDT9KR and cut it to match the size of these; then, I use only ONE of these with each filter change and include a charcoal filter. This does a MUCH better job of filtering odors. This doesn't necessarily get me twice the usage out of a 30-pack though, since I change the filter twice as often because with only one piece of this media in the air fryer, it gets gummed up with grease and what-not twice as quickly.

Love my instant pot air fryer with odor erase filters! So glad these came in a set of 10, so I can easily and quickly replace when needed.

Very similar to original. One is a little thinner but seemed to fit fine. I haven't used it yet so hoping the odor control is as promised. I did try washing the ones that came with the fryer as one person suggested, but mine were too far gone for that. You'd have to do it on a regular basis before the change filter notification came on.

I use 3 at a time for it to work like the OEM ones because aren’t as dense as the OEM ones. If you only use two, a lot of the smell will get into the house. Happy with these once you figure the trick of using 3 and it’s way cheaper than the OEM ones.

This is a replacement purchase for the OEM instant pot filters. Like other reviews pointed out, these filters are thinner than OEM. I add one additional filter so instead of two, I placed three in the filter housing and works perfectly, probably even better than OEM (probably due to using three instead of two filters), in eliminating cooking odors.

Was not sure when I ordered these if they would actually fit my aire fryer. So pleasantly suprised when they arrived. Come in a bag with a zip lock bag inside which is fantastic. You can take out what you need and then seal it again which keeps any dirt or moisture out. So easy to use just took my old filters out and replaced them with 2 of these, great value and great service.

After trying to get these filters in Australia , I went onto the Amazon web site to order them , hassle free , very fast delivery , the filters were devoid of fancy packaging , but were exactly what we needed !!
