This LED module is super-bright (don't recommend staring into it) and performs according to the specs in the listing and on the package.Operating at the rated 10W, it will heat up very quickly and likely self-destruct if not attached to an appropriate heatsink, so watch out for that, but it does do what it claims.

Wanted to build this into a new room light for my office, since I could use this is a ceiling with a heatsink - however after running it without active cooling, it gets pretty hot. It's very bright, has a broad angle output - I used a 2a power supply with 9.5V and had some brightness change across the 9-10v range. the temp on the chip was about 170f and the large copper heat sink was about 100f after about 30 min of use - it seems to top out thereim sure with a fan this would work fine, but complicated my plans.
