Product quality not what I expected. Seemed thin and tie downs were less than desired. Velcro strips too short. No way to tie down sides to ground.

We had a 10x10 canopy from another company. They never replied when the tent ripped and we needed a replacement. This arrived in one day and fit it perfectly. It's grey with a silvery inside. The velcro holds the string lights I added.

The canopy top I ordered is not a full 10'x10' top as advertised. My frame is an exact10'x10' square. top I received only measures 9' 7 1/2" x 9' 7 1/2" thus the canopy top did not fit my canopy frame. I was out of town for two weeks and not happy finding out I missed the return window.

Doesn't fit the frame I have. Make sure you look at the picture the frame in it to make sure you have the same 1.It's kinda thin for what I'm using it for. Of it's something you take up and put down often it'll be fine I think

This cover was a perfect fit. I did my measurements and ordered according to the sizes. Better tie downs than original cover.

I had an enclosure (sides and roof on a metal frame) over my hot tub last winter. Unfortunately, we got a dump of heavy, wet snow on a morning when I was away from home. Came back to a torn roof. I got this replacement top and it fit exactly on the roof frame even though the original was a different brand (Caravan Canopy). The fabric is about the same thickness and I just need to be a bit better at checking the weather if we are going to get wet snow (rare here).A very good replacement that I can recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cover, as it is actually much thicker than my original canopy cover. Comes with the vent and very similar in construction to the OEM, but with a quality that surpasses the one I had. I definitely recommend.
