I bought this to be my "running water" in my campervan when I have the van winterized.I'm currently on the first trip using this water dispenser. I filled it with drinking water and put it in the van the night before my trip. When I went out the next morning, about a fourth of the water had leaked out. I was pretty upset, but then I realized it was operator error. I had not fully tightened the fill opening.After tightening it, I've had no issues. The spouts works and now on day four - no leaks.I'm pleased.

The size is perfect, but they're a little fragile. One took a solid hit and sprung a leak. But I really like them so I replaced it

Neither of the 2 supplied plastic spigots would screw onto the container. They would cross-thread immediately and of course leak heavily. I immediately returned. Perhaps not a widespread problem, but others have reviewed with the same problem. Buy at your own risk!!

The unit.work as Expected, but the Bottle cap just broken. Unit is thin, what is great for small fridge. If i buy Again?? Of course because work Ok.

Really disappointed, the product leaks around/from the tap. Has happened four times in a month and stained my cabinets and water damaged the chipboard.

This jug holds enough water and barely takes up any space in our fridge. No leaks, no drips. It can pour a little slow so I just leave the cap turned a 1/4 turn and it lets just enough air in to let it pour fast out of the spout.
