This JENSWILL stainless steel hose adaptor has a male end for connecting to threaded pipe conforming to National Pipe Thread (NPT) standards and a barbed fitting for connecting to hose . The barbed fitting on one end creates a tight seal on flexible or semi-rigid hose when used with a hose clamp or crimp sleeve or ferrule (sold separately), and a male NPT fitting on the other end connects to threaded pipe to form a tight, fixed connection.

Nothing special, came exactly as described and do what they are meant to do. Allowed me to upgrade the hose diameter on my 12-volt pump.

This isn't sized properly for polyethylene piping. I'm installing a new well pump and wanted to have a stainless coupler since it's going to be under water. The 1-1/4" piping is larger than the outside diameter of the barb portion of the fitting. Should work fine with actual 1-1/4" ID tubing.

I used this for my gas water pump. I used a 2†suction hose and I can get different fittings to adapt to any size pipe that I need. Works great.

Barbs are too small to properly fit the pipe.. they are too loose to get clamps to hold. bad machining

Bought to change all my pvc fittings in my house well to stainless. Used 2 fittings for a tee going into expansion tank. Used new 1 inch well pump hose and after installation both barbed fitting ends seeped. Tried 3 hose clamps per joint in different configurations before going back to pvc. The barbs are not sharp and don’t bite the way the pvc ones do. To bad, fittings looked good.
