Hard to open because of the two screw pistons that are suppose to swing the door open. It moves around in the frame! Good thing I donรขโฌโขt have to open it much!

I got this access door because I had to have my house replumbed, and the plumbers cut a big hole in the drywall behind one of the showers. Rather than just fill the hole back in, I decided to put this access hatch there so that in the event I had a plumbing issue or wanted to change out the faucet, that I would have access. Since the hole was inside a closet, I was able to hide this door away. It was the perfect size, it seems to be constructed well, and it opens up and closes smoothly. I am very happy with it!
