I got this product so I could block and stiffen crocheted snowflakes for christmas gifts. It worked very well! Easy to use and plenty of space for my project.Mine only looks a little discolored in the photo because I was spraying stiffening solution directly on it but it went away after drying fully!

Upon opening, I noticed that the border was raised. There are other places where it looks like it’s coming up too. Seems like there are a couple of nails missing. This is my second time ordering this item, since I never received the first package. I am disappointed that it isn’t in perfect condition, but I’m working on a project and don’t have time to try and order it again.

Love it! Holds my granny squares nicely. The bamboo board is exceptionally nice. All the pins were there and I love the way the stand holds the board.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because of the size. I can get 4 facings of some of the blocks I crochet but not the bigger blocks. I haven't actually blocked any granny squares on this . Fortunately I somehow manage to crochet all my blocks the same size. Probably because I was taught to crochet when I was 7. I'm 69 now so I have a lot of experience. I have never crocheted a doily or those pretty snowflakes though. I think this is going to come handy for those projects. You can only make so many afghans.Right now I can put finished blocks on this and easily see the different colors I'm using for each kind of block. It helps me keep straight how many I have of each kind and how many more I need to make. There's a built in stand so it is easy to see even from across the room. Right now I'm doing 5 inch blocks so I can get four facings. I've made some afghans with 6 inch blocks and they wouldn't fit on this. I do wish it was larger. It does appear to be well made.
